On the walk there, they come to all kinds of shops and recreational opportunities: A miniature golf course, the seawater swimming pool, a spa park and a drugstore, a supermarket and several bakeries are in the immediate vicinity. And the best? From your apartment you can get there quickly and comfortably. 2 bicycles are available for free use.

The apartment is located on the ground floor and has about 30 square meters of space for up to 4 people and 1 toddler.
Directly in the entrance area is the comfortable bunk bed (2x 90 x 200 cm).
Opposite you reach the functional, equipped bathroom with shower. Here you can quickly and easily flush the sandy beach off your feet.
The heart of the apartment is the far-reaching and adjacent to the hall living-sleeping and cooking area. The kitchenette is well equipped and it lacks nothing: stove with ceramic hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, coffee pad machine, kettle and microwave are also included and the sufficient range of crockery and cutlery. The stylish natural stone heating made of marble not only decorative elements are set, but also created a healthier living environment. Enjoy the pleasant infrared heat of the natural stone heating even on cold days.
At the cozy dining table you will find enough space to sit together to play, eat and perhaps indulge in one or the other culinary delights of the North. On request, a highchair and a cot are available for the little ones.
The living area immediately forms the second bed possibility. On the comfortable and comfortable sofa bed (140 x 200 cm) can easily sleep two people and there is also still enough space for setting up a children’s travel bed.
Of course, the sofa bed can also be used for a cozy TV evening. Make yourself comfortable in front of the modern flatscreen TV with cable connection and DVD player (BluRay)! Take a look at the different films in our assortment or just watch their favorite series on TV. There is guaranteed no boredom!
On holiday every morning should be a pleasure – inside and outside.
The loggia adjoining the living room ensures unparalleled hours in the fresh air. On the loggia you can enjoy a sunny view of the green garden at breakfast and look forward to the day with great anticipation and expectation. A little tip: With bread rolls and coffee, the early start of the day is a pleasure!
And when the day finally starts, we have a special highlight ready: Directly on the water is in the beach chair season from mid-April to mid-September reserved for you a personal beach chair for free use. So the holiday becomes an experience!
In the basement you will find a washing machine and a tumble dryer (for a fee).
Also a recreation room for communal use (eg Table tennis) is offered here for free.
Free parking is available directly at the house.
