The very beautiful, completely renovated holiday home JoJu is located in Kiel-Schilksee about 300m from the sandy beach and 400m from the marina Schilksee. In the city of Kiel is about 15km. There is a good bus connection.
The beautiful, new summer garden in the entrance area and the newly designed front garden has now been completed for the season opening in 2018 and look forward to your visit!
Upstairs there are 3.5 very nice and in discreet colors comfortable and modern furnished bedroom. 1 single room, 1 double room and a double room (for a maximum of 5 adults) incl. Access to the attic for sleeping loft. In the attic overlooking the Strander Bay / Baltic Sea max. 2 children sleep on mattresses. In addition, upstairs is a bathroom with bath and shower incl. WC.
On the ground floor there is the new and modern kitchen and a dining room, living room, a very nice fireplace room with a new stove and a small library and a guest toilet and a small storage room.
Sheets, towels, hair dryer are available.
In the kitchen you will find a ceramic hob & oven, fridge & freezer, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher.
The living room has a TV with cable and Wi-Fi is of course also available. Please note the legal regulations when using.
There is a very nice, small garden with sitting area incl. Beach chair and lawn. You can buy 7 days / week in the sky market (5 min walk). Fresh rolls are available at the bakery from the bakery.
Please do not use street shoes in the house. It is recommended to bring slippers. The house is a Non smoking house.
In front of the beautiful row house you can easily park with about 2 cars.
Breakfast and other services are not offered and are not included in the price.
The beautiful house is on the day of arrival from 17 00 clock ready.
On the day of departure please leave the house until 10.00 o’clock.
