The holiday home is located directly on the beautiful Laboer harbor in the adjoining very quiet Rosenstraße. It is centrally located and just a shell throw from the beach and the harbor.
This cozy, comfortable and suitable for families equipped holiday home with about 74 square meters is suitable for 2 to 5 people. (possibly 6 possible) and 1 toddler.
Shops can also be found in the immediate vicinity.
The decor is new and has no signs of wear. Completed last November, the apartment is equipped with two modern flatscreen TV’s and a hi-fi system with Blu Ray player and a DVD player for the football and movie enthusiasts! It makes surfing possible with the new one directly from the sofa. The German is also incl. At the beach you are in the Strandkorb season from mid-April to mid-September for free use available! A large parking lot is right on your doorstep.
On the ground floor is the spacious living room. It is equipped with a large dining table, a 160/200 Murphy bed with two single mattresses, a sitting area with a pull-out couch, a flatscreen Smart TV and a DVD player (BluRay). A hi-fi system is also available.
The separate kitchen is modern and exclusively furnished with brand appliances and leaves nothing to be desired. Here you will find a comfortable induction stove, a large refrigerator with freezer compartment and 0 ° compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave, a table grill, a kettle, a coffee machine and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine. You will also find plenty of crockery and cutlery. Furthermore, there is a bath on the ground floor with the possibility to shower. The bathroom also has a washing machine.
Upstairs is a cozy bedroom, equipped with a double bed 180/200 and another flatscreen TV and DVD player. Here or in the vestibule you will also find enough space for setting up the children’s travel cot.
In the vestibule there is also a single bed (90/200) which can be used very well as a couch for reading. Here you will also find social games and “hiking books” are ready for you.
With a breakfast on the hotel’s own terrace, the day starts well. Or start your day on the rooftop terrace overlooking the Kiel Fjord. Both terraces are directly accessible from the living room.
Also free of charge you have two high-quality aluminum bicycles, a gas grill for outside and plenty of comfortable garden furniture, beach chairs, including beach umbrella, and ironing board, iron a clothes horse and if needed a highchair and a travel cot available.
