The 45 m² non-smoking apartment is located on the top floor of a three-storey apartment building in the Olympic Center in Kiel-Schilksee. In early 2013, the apartment was renovated.
There are sleeping possibilities for a maximum of four persons
(a double bed 140×200 cm, a sofa bed 140×200 cm).
The fitted kitchen includes a stove with oven, a ceramic hob, an extractor hood, a dishwasher, a fridge with a small freezer. There is also a flat-screen TV and a stereo compact system.
On the large southwest balcony you can enjoy the sun until sunset.
The apartment is located directly on the marina and beach (about 50 meters distance). So you can go swimming comfortably with swimming trunks and sheets barefoot to the beach. The beach is kurtaxefrei, a beach chair can rent on site for 8, – € per day. A small supermarket with daily fresh bread and the everyday needs is 50 meters away, a large sky supermarket in 3 minutes by car. Restaurants and a seawater swimming pool are also within 50 meters. Kiel-Schilksee is about 15 minutes by car from the city center. But there are also bus services and a line with small passenger ships to the main station. Along Kieler Förde there are countless localities right on the water, beer gardens and many restaurants and pubs.
