This nice, recently refurbished condo is located about 1.3 miles away fr om Hannover fairground (Entrance South) and little more fr om Expo Plaza Event Park. It takes 20 to 30 minutes to reach one of them, as well as the distance to Hannover downtown by car or by tram. Arriving by car youll find free parking lots right next to our house. A free lift to Hannover fairground or events taking place at Expo Plaza is offered according to prior agreement.
The apartment is on the second floor of a two-floor-house offering living room with balcony, two sleeping rooms, bathroom with bathtube, second little rest room and kitchen. Living room spend room at large table with 6 chairs, wh ere high speed internet access is provided by LAN for your office work, as well as a couch to relax, reading or watching TV. Nice to see, nice to feel and nice to walk on floor cover in living room and sleeping rooms is made out of natural wood. Sleeping, relaxing and dreaming in one Double bed and one Twin Bed. Storage in one large cabinet and one commode in every sleeping room.
Comfortable showering and bathing in a nice, large tube in a new bathroom equipped with slightly heated floor for your convenience. Additionel little rest room provides a little more flexibilty.
High speed Internet access is provided by WLAN or LAN for free.
Kitchen fully equipped gives everything needed for your small and large cooking (dishwasher, oven, water boiler, toaster, fridge). If anything else is missing we appreciate you tell us and we take care for (microwave, wasching machine, dryer etc.).
