Landscape and nature around our house are perfect for long walks, for example on the Lilienstein. The same can be found along fixed routes for cycling in the direction of Königstein and Dresden. Wild canyons and striking rock formations such as locomotive, or Talwächter Turks head let the climbers hearts here in the homeland of free climbing a beat.
The famous Basteifelsen, the rowing lake in Amselgrund and Rathener Felsenbühne are also just around the corner. A few kilometers away is the mountain fortress Königstein and Dresden Semper Opera, Zwinger, Green Vault and many other world-famous cultural treasures is reached after forty minutes by train from the station Oberrathen.
