The ground floor is dominated by the spacious, light-flooded living area in a modern ambience and with access to the sunny south-west terrace. It also houses an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen with dining area and access to a second covered terrace and beautifully landscaped garden. In addition, the ground floor of the hallway with cloakroom and guest toilet and a utility room with washing machine. The living area is equipped with a 122 cm satellite TV, DVD recorder, stereo and radio. A fast DSL connection and free Wi-Fi ensure the availability of the Internet throughout the house.
An open wooden staircase leads to the upper floor. This contains 2 large bedrooms (with satellite TV, DVD player, insect repellent windows for undisturbed sleep) and the feel-good bath where you can relax in the bathtub overlooking the dike.
And when you sit in the gallery at the end of the day, enjoy the unique view of the Leyhörn nature reserve, the passing shrimpcutters and the marina and drink a glass of wine, you do not want to leave this island of tranquility.

Immediately behind the Reethuus extends the dike, which takes you directly to the nature reserve Leyhörn and the only 500 meters away swimming lake (with beach and excellent fresh water quality).
