Enjoy from the dining area in the bay window a fantastic view over the canals directly lying at your feet. The high-quality furnished living / dining area has a leather corner sofa with reading light, HD TV (55 inches), Blue-Ray player and stereo (with iPod connection, DLNA) and a great kitchen, which leaves nothing to be desired (high -Backofen, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, etc.). For cozy hours, not only in winter, provides a decorative granite stove.
In addition to a fully equipped toddler room (cot, changing table, high chair, toys, small desk for adults and multifunction printers with print, copy and scan function [paper without guarantee]), there are two more bedrooms in the upper and attic. The bedroom upstairs has a spacious wardrobe and two single beds (90×200 cm), which can be pushed together to form a double bed.
The studio in the attic invites not only to stay overnight, but also to linger. The exclusive double bed with reading lamps on both sides of the bed (180×200 cm) is under a large gable window, from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the canal. In addition, the studio has a cozy leather couch with side tables, as well as HDTV (37 inches), blue-ray player and radio. In the staircase to the studio area, a custom-made wardrobe with interior lighting is installed.
A highlight in Grachterum is the cozy and high-quality bathroom with a built-in whirlpool tub, round shower, washer-dryer (combination of washing machine and dryer) and a hairdryer.
The Grachterum also offers a small, furnished sun balcony, where you can spend nice hours overlooking the canal. For a cozy get-together or as a destination of a pedal boat tour (boats to rent in the harbor) on the Greetsieler canals, the common boat dock invites behind the house.
Access to the Internet via free Wi-Fi. Fly screens and blackout blinds in the bedrooms are available as well as a parking lot. The living / dining area and the bathroom are equipped with underfloor heating.
The apartment includes two bicycles and a children’s bike seat, which you can rent for a fee (€ 15.00 per bike / per started week, € 10.00 bicycle seat / per started week). The apartment has a garden shed, where you not only the bikes, but also barbecue and other garden furniture for use on the boat jetty are housed.
The non-smoking apartment is suitable for allergy sufferers and only a few minutes walk (about 7 minutes) from the beautiful harbor Greetsieler. Pets are not allowed.
