The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with all electrical appliances (dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, additional Kaffeepadmaschine and s.w.), a living-dining room, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with walk-in shower. In the attic there is another bedroom with 2 single beds. There is also a second toilet in the attic.
Both in the living room and in the bedroom there is a TV.
A balcony with garden furniture and a parking space belong to the apartment.
The overall equipment is upscale living requirements (underfloor heating, electric shutters, lockable bike hut with charging for your e-bike, …).
A linen package can be booked (EUR 15, – per person). Pets are not allowed. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony. Travel cot and high chair are provided free of charge on request.
