Property Description
The twenty mobile homes are each in their own space and are spread around the holiday park. They are amidst sunny as well as shady areas and are all attractively furnished. The difference between LU-5467-02 and LU-5467-05 is the area size. LU-5467-05 also has two doors. Please note that double beds are 140 cm wide and single beds are 60 cm wide. The double beds have duvets and single and sofa beds have blankets. All mobile homes have a terrace with garden furniture.
Layout: Ground floor: (Living room(double sofa bed), Kitchenette, bedroom(double bed), bedroom(2x single bed), bathroom(shower, washbasin, toilet)) heating(gas), terrace, garden furniture, swimming pool(shared with other guests )
These costs are mandaroty and charged on site. They are not included in the rental price.:
Deposit; € 50 (On arrival, you must pay the security deposit in cash at reception)
Final Cleaning; € 40, or all cleaning needs to be done by yourself (Obligatory to pay if your pet travels with you)
Pets; Max. 1; € 3/night (Permission for pets must be requested through the customer contact centre)
Bed linen; Possible to rent, € 6 p.p./Stay
