LIVING AREA
The living room has a modern and minimalist decor and great view of the Baltic Sea. The light oak furniture are complemented by Arne Jacobsen chairs and a white linen sofa. The interaction of the brightly decorated walls, white / gray accessories and conveniently placed lighting, ensures atmosphere. The fireplace creates homey comfort even on cold days. From the balcony you can really look at the Baltic Sea or go up the stairs in her little garden with a terrace.
The technical equipment includes a flat screen TV (24 inches), DVD / Blu-ray player and a stereo system (Sonoro) with radio, CD player, USB port, Aux-In and Bluetooth. Of course, you have in the home WLAN.
A small selection of books, games, CDs and DVDs-Fi is also available.
KITCHEN
The white kitchen is equipped with high-quality branded products.

The oriented to the east, generously sized balcony (12 sqm) invites you to a breakfast at sunrise as well as a an evening end the day with a glass of wine. All this with a fantastic sea view. It is equipped with a large teak table, two comfortable teak chairs including cushions and a parasol.
GARDEN
The separated and fenced garden area completes the apartment. The garden can be reached both on the stairs from the first floor as well as directly from the bedroom on the ground floor.
With its adjustable high Lehnern teak and the large table (160x90cm) The terrace (12 m²) offers a nice atmosphere and invites you to relax and dine. Here you have time for a good book, here you can just once let your mind wander and enjoy the tranquility.
For your personal pleasure you grill is a gas grill from Weber available.
Outdoor facilities
Three beautifully designed solar islands, each willing to keep a beach chair for you, are also located on the grounds of the Baltic Sea Quarter. Enjoy the rest, a delicious drink and soak up the sun – what more do you need?
For your car you have a parking space right next to the house. Bicycles, other fleet, surfboards, fishing gear, etc. They can be stored in a lockable tool shed.
