Property Description
Our beautiful and very individually designed apartment is located in close proximity to Weimar.
Weimar can be reached by car in about 3-5 minutes, by bike on the Ilmradweg in about 20-30 minutes or by bus in about 5-10 minutes.
The apartment is located on the ground floor of our house and has a separate entrance and a private terrace with umbrella and patio furniture.
The apartment is renovated very high. The old Lehmaußenwände recuperated and give the apartment a unique room climate. The entire apartment has underfloor heating.
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchenette with fridge (freezer), oven & hob, dishwasher and sink.
Of course there is a coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle available.
The living room is furnished with a couch and coffee table, and a dining table with 4 chairs.
A flat screen, DVD player and a radio.
The windows are fitted with pleats (translucent).
The bedroom has a double bed (140 x 200) and a single bed (90 x 200). The window is equipped with a pleated (abdunkelnd).
The bathroom has a vanity, shower (shallow entry – about 3cm) and a toilet.
Pets (max. 1 dog) are request and chargeable. We charge € 8 / night.
