Since its construction more than 100 years ago, our typically Swabian house has always been a cozy family home, lovingly converted into two modern holiday apartments. That is why we especially welcome families – we are prepared for the needs of our smallest guests and even older children feel at home in the spacious garden while playing and playing. The beautiful, covered barbecue area invites you to linger.
The house offers two separate apartments (7 beds & 8 beds), which can also be rented by larger groups at the same time, subject to availability – both apartments together can accommodate 15 people, with additional possibility of 2 baby beds.
From our tranquil town of Großkötz you can easily reach Legoland® Germany within a very short time – the distance of 4 km can be covered by car in just a few minutes, so that even children tired of the Lego adventure have only a brief moment to go home.

Both apartments have separate entrances and are non-smoking apartments.
The smaller of our apartments offers on an area of ??about 70 square meters space for 7 people plus baby. In addition to a fully equipped kitchen, newly renovated bathroom with shower and toilet and a cozy dining and living room, the apartment is divided into a nursery with 3 single beds, and two double bedrooms.
The second apartment offers space for 8 persons plus baby on an area of ??approx. 80 sqm. Our spacious and sheltered garden invites you to play and relax on its approximately 600 square meters. A special highlight is the covered barbecue area: Here, even if the sun should not shine to the fullest, can be enjoyed with an open fireplace and a swivel grill the time outdoors.
