Property Description
This is a combination of two semi-detached, modern chalets in a small-scale complex near to the centre of Kötschach-Mauthen. It is equipped with the most modern equipment, like induction-cookers, washing-machines and dryers on the ground floor and includes free WiFi and its own carports. Upstairs, including the mezzanine floor, you will find six bedrooms and four spacious bathrooms. On the ground floor there are another two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. All the king-size boxspring beds have wheels and can be disassembled. There are roller-shutters and floor-heating everywhere. The garden features a trampoline, swing as well as picnic tables for a lovely barbecue. Kötschach has its own skiing area which is very suitable for families and a great swimming pool with spa that is open year round. There’s also a museum dedicated to World War One. The front-lines used to be a mere 15km away. It is also the centre of the region that stretches through valleys to the nearby Dolomite mountains. 30 km away there is a beautiful skiing area in Nassfeld. You are just a 15 minute drive from playing golf. By car you can reach Venice in two hours.
