The house is equipped with an electric floor heating and an electric fireplace and thus usable by March to October. The sauna is in the house and is convenient in use for 4 people.

The kitchen is small but met for a holiday with an infrared oven, 2-bay ceramic hob, fridge, coffee machine, toaster and kettle all the necessary basic requirements.
The bathroom consisting of WC, wash basin, shower and heated towel rail has been fully renovated in 2012.
A carport parking space is at Grunddstück available. An additional parking space would be possible.
