On each floor there is a small communal balcony or on several floors and large balconies where you can enjoy views over Cologne (or smoke) can.
The house is situated in Cologne Ehrenfeld right at the start of the downtown in the heart of Cologne’s largest inner city park.
The most important things to be concerned at any time in-house stand. The nearest subway stop (Gutenbergstraße, line 5) is three minutes’ walk; the nearest train station (Köln West) about 10 minutes.
For motorists, the house on the A57 and the inside channel street is easily and quickly accessible. Before the house, public parking is free of charge.
In the house there is a 24-hour porter service so that if necessary a key can be picked up or delivered there.
Bed linen, towels, bathrobes are provided.
The culture tax of the city of Cologne (5% of the amount I receive) is payable before arrival (PayPal or bank transfer). The charge is waived for stays of more than two months or proven professional cause (form of the city of Cologne).
