Our apartment – the DaHeim V56 -liegt centrally located in Cologne-Ehrenfeld. Our apartment is bright, friendly, an old building with high ceilings and stucco.
The 4 unusually furnished rooms (3 bedrooms, 1 dining room) for 3 to 9 to persons are in the 2nd. Floor.
Two of the bedrooms each have a large bed (à 1,40×2,00m). In addition, one of the bedrooms has 1 single bed (each 90 x 2.00 m). Optionally, a sofa bed can be used in the blue area (140×2, 00m). One bedroom has three single beds (90x200m).
Shelves or cabinets or dressers, mirrors and other filing options to belong to each bedroom.
Two bathrooms (each with 1 shower and 1 toilet) and a dining room with 2 LCD TVs, 2 DVD players, 1 Wii, a small selection of DVDs and books (English / German) can in DaHeim V56 (hopefully) no wishes leave it open.

The kitchen is small but ready to move in only with a suitcase. They are equipped with stove with oven, (partially) microwave, coffee maker (Senseo & ‘normal’), kettle, fridge & freezer, toaster, sandwich maker, 2 raclette sets, popcorn machine).

In the immediate vicinity Public transportation (3 min by foot to stop Pius Street, just minutes to downtown or to the fair – 1000m to the railway station West, 1300 m from the train station Ehrenfeld), unusual shopping opportunities to diverse dining and nightlife Locations.

Prices include bed linen, towels small (45x90cm) and all taxes. If you need big towels, so you should also what bring from home.
Out and about
Our hotel is right in the mercurial Ehrenfeld district of Cologne. From the poorest working class neighborhood located Ehrenfeld has blossomed in the last five years, a very popular residential center – not only for artists, creatives and students. Especially young families have made sure that the face of the neighborhood has changed completely. Although built become diligent in many places to Ehrenfeld preserved its urban face and is the center of a vibrant nightlife scene
Located close to DaHeim there are two supermarkets (Rewe & Kaufland) and various other smaller shops. Only 25 meters away there is a kiosk and a snack.

Cancellation Policy: Since we only rent the entire house, we rely on binding bookings,
– Cancellation 3 months in advance: no cost
– Cancellation up to 6 weeks in advance: 50% of the rental loss
– Cancellation after that (less than 6 weeks): 100% of the rental loss
Of course, something can always come in between. And our business model is certainly not based on cancellations to make money. Should you have to cancel, we will definitely try to re-let the house anyway. Therefore, if possible, we only charge you the difference between your cancellation and possible new rentals. You are also welcome to name substitute guests who will take over your booking in their place.
For justifiable reasons, we have the option to withdraw from the contract.
