Thus you are very fast in Bergisch Gladbach or Cologne, whether by car or without. By train you will be at the Cologne exhibition center in about 25 minutes. To the city center it takes only 3 minutes longer. The apartment offers all luxury with a waterbed, parquet flooring and underfloor heating.
The modern attic studio is located on the second floor, which you have completely to yourself. To get there, use the staircase in the house. The living / bedroom has a large double waterbed, a sleeping sofa, a dining table and a wardrobe. In the kitchen there are the most important appliances to prepare small meals. In the small refrigerator you will find chilled drinks. The bathroom has a large floor level shower, hanging toilet, sink, mirror and hairdryer. Throughout the accommodation you have high-speed internet via WiFi.
Se use our common entrance and stairs, but have the entire roof studio with bathroom exclusively for themselves.
Refrath is a district of Bergisch Gladbach – small but fine. Approximately 200m from the house is the center with all important shops, restaurants, pharmacies, doctors, etc. In a few minutes you can reach the Frankenforst forest area or recreation area Saalermühle. The Mediterana Thermal Baths are only a few minutes by car or bike. The cities of Cologne and Bonn or the Bergische Land are ideal for hiking.
The roofing is very convenient. If you arrive by plane, we can pick you up at the airport. By car you are about 4-5 minutes on the A4 motorway, with best connection to Cologne, Bonn or the Bergische Land. You can park your car directly at the house.
Smoking is not permitted in the apartment and the whole house – please use the terrace if necessary.
