Centrally located 7 minutes to the cathedral and 12 minutes to the fair. With 2 bedrooms 1 double bed 160 cm / 1 double bed 140 cm a sofa bed for up to 6 people.
The apartment is suitable for both private and business travelers. It is centrally located and is at the top of the 4th and 5th Floor of an apartment building. With a wide view over the rooftops of Cologne you can see the cathedral in winter (when the trees are leafless). The lower floor of the apartment consists of a spacious living room, a kitchen area and a large, sunny terrace. The kitchen is well equipped with electric stove, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and blender. In the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed 160/140 cm wide. The bathroom has both a shower and bath. A small guest toilet is located on the lower floor. If required, the comfortable sofa in the living room can be transformed into a 140 cm sofa bed. So there is the possibility to sleep with up to 6 people (in 2 bedrooms and in the living room on the sofa bed.). The apartment is equipped with art by Cologne artists. It is a place of inspiration and relaxation. It is located in a quiet location near the large shopping street of Cologne Nippes. There are many nice restaurants and sidewalk cafes. Gladly you can – if available – rent bikes for free. You will like to learn more from me personally.
You can check in from 2pm or anytime later. There are electronic locks and you get in advance all the information including videos you need to get into your apartment well. Our guests of course have the whole apartment + terrace for themselves and get free access to the fiber optic internet. Smoking is only allowed on the terrace. Cologne Nippes is a multicultural district. The Cologne generally are friendly, close and personal. It is easy to get into conversation with each other. Here it says: “Every jeck is different and that’s a good thing”. A big city with a heart. We think that’s great. The apartment is located in the middle of the city. In 4 minutes away there is the subway station Florastrasse. The S-Bahn stations “Nippes” and “Geldernstraße” are both about 10 minutes away. And by car you need about 5 minutes to the highway in all directions. Parking is available with a bit of luck in front of the door. Left in the direction of travel is free and right with parking fees. The apartment is located on the 4th floor and unfortunately there is no elevator. An elevator is not available. From private travelers, the city of Cologne accepts a KulturförderAbgebe amounting to 5% of the overnight price. Occupational travel can be exempted with a completed form.
