Holiday home in Blankenheim!
More specifically, in the district of Blankenheim-Mülheim. Located in the northern Eifel, just 45 minutes drive from Cologne and Bonn.
Our cottage is RUSTIKAL and very comfortable. In a dead end street, come rarely and cars passing on a few meters away end of the dead end also begins the forest with beautiful trails for walking, hiking or biking.
The house offers 4 to max. 14 people. There are three bedrooms. Two bedrooms are in the main house, the third is in the main house, but only accessible from the outside (with its own small bathroom with sink and toilet). The three bedrooms each have a very good box spring (180 x 200cm) and two single beds (100 x 200cm).
The holiday home has a lot to offer:
A huge living / dining area (90sqm) with 3.5m high beamed ceiling, open kitchen and stove,

Garden with swimming pond, waterslide and barbecue area.

VERY IMPORTANT: Our house is not a party house. We look forward to friendly, funny and sociable people who want to meet in our house to spend time together. However, it should under no circumstances lead to our house and our neighbors are thereby affected. Please be considerate – on device, volume and sleep.
IMPORTANT: The house is situated on the edge of fields, meadows and forests. This is beautiful. This rural location, it of course implies that there creatures of all kinds such. B. Flies, ants and mice reside. We are trying hard to keep them away from our house, but we succeed due to open every now and then standing windows and doors, not to prevent it completely. Furthermore, this house has been built in the year long, painstaking work by the previous owner and therefore in some corners a “self-tinkered charm”, rustic flat. I would specifically ask the House to rent only if you agree to this condition and live.
