Great location, right in the center of Cologne, in Cologne. Historic center, known as the. Old Town South. The main sights can easily walk, or easily accessible by just 4 minutes’ walk from city rail (lines 3.4 – Severinstrasse stop) are achieved.

The Cologne Cathedral, div. A variety of museums, with the Rhine Rhine promenade, the Rhine Park, the old town with its countless bars. All just minutes away!

The exhibition grounds is only about 10 minutes by tram (3 stops!) reachable.
The Lanxess Arena is also just 10 min. By tram (2 stops!) reachable.
The musical theater and all relevant parts of Cologne city center are also easily reached on foot.
For Messe / Deutz station can be reached in about 10 minutes. (2 stops).
From here you will also find the Gummersbacherstr. Where currently some distance buses arrive / depart.
The main train station is again in about 15 minutes. Reachable and the Cologne / Bonn Airport is just 25 minutes by train via Messe / Deutz. From the airports Dusseldorf and Frankfurt, you should go to the station Messe / Deutz and from there by rail to Seversinstrasse because it is the fastest and most convenient connection!
A parking garage (daily rate 24 = 15, – €) is located just 300 meters away. (Address: Small Spitzengasse).
Right next door is a kiosk open weekdays, even with hot snacks, sandwiches and drinks.

The apartment is on the third Floor of a regular multi-party house. There is an elevator.
Kitchen:
The apartment has a fully equipped new kitchen with Philip Senseo coffee machine, kettle, fridge (coffee pads, tea, drinks and snacks free of charge!), Toaster, ceramic hob, microwave, crockery, cutlery, glasses / cups for 2 people and all necessary utensils. Also for detergent, sponge and towels are provided. The kitchen is separated from the rest of the living room.
Bad:
The bathroom is small but well furnished with a sink, toilet and shower.
It has been completely renovated and offers a small space a nice ambience.
Shower gel, lotion and soap are always available and free of charge.
A hairdryer is also provided. Towels and, on request, depending on the period, changed. Extra towels can be found in the closet.
WZ / SZ:
The living room and bedroom is very well presented. Near windows is a 140 x 200 large and very comfortable bed with 7 zone pocket spring mattress + cold foam toppers and ergonomic slatted base. Here you sleep on cloud 7!
Blackout blinds on all 3 windows give you the perfect resting atmosphere!
Crisp white linen is always provided and, upon request, depending on the period, changed.
The bed can also be very well used as a comfortable sofa. Extra pillows can be found in the closet.
From here you can perfectly relax and z. B. look together watching TV, or reading a book.
There is a small seating area with 2 lounge chairs and beautiful design table. Here you can easily eat breakfast, take a nightcap, or even work, of course, if desired.
The living / sleeping area there is also a built-in wardrobe, a chest and more storage space for your clothes and personal belongings.
In the closet you with a safe for your valuables.
Also you can find in the cupboard ironing consisting of iron, ironing board and iron base.
For the apartment there are 2 keys.
The living room and the bathrooms are individually heated.

For long-term stays of over 2 weeks, the deposit is totally 300, – € Euro. This will be refunded within 1 week of departure.
Please note that our apartment is a non-smoking apartment.
Pets are not allowed.
We would also ask that the apartment is returned in a tidy, clean condition.
