Property Description
A beautiful country house (DHH) for groups and families who attach importance to an unusual country surrounded by nature and yet within a short distance to the city Viechtach (5 km) or Kollnburg / St. Englmar. In the immediate vicinity and just three minutes’ walk, ski and sledge can be unpacked on the ski slopes of Pröllers (1000 m). Also, the mountain will never be bored used.
The heart of the house is the living room with open fireplace. These include 8 – 10 beds (two small double bedrooms, 1 large double bedroom and 1 large bedroom for 2-4 persons), a full bath and two shower rooms. Crib with lattice and extra bed can be placed separately. Of course, the House Bavarian-style over an oil central heating, partly floor heating.
On the property there is a separate source, whose crystal clear waters feed the fountains and the garden pond and a large, hearty barbecue.
