In the beautiful country Brandenburg in wooded nature and in lakesreached area is located in a quiet location holiday house (about 18 sqm incl. Bathroom) with private teilingezäuntem plot and small terrace. The bungalow is embedded in a former sand demolition and is therefore well protected from wind and weather. It is a dream for every nature lover and therefore offers advantages over a pure apartment. A light flooded open living room with large windows offers a beautiful view of the garden. Enjoy the advantage over a pure apartment!
Ideal for anglers and transients
The studio has a living-sleeping room with a 2 x 1.40 m sofa bed, a kitchenette for preparing smaller meals and a bathroom with a shower. Wi-Fi is free, a TV is not available.
You can park your vehicle (car or motorhome up to 2.5 m wide) in front of or on the property. Bicycles and motorcycles can be covered. There is also enough space for a trailer, caravan or boat. Should there or z. For example, if you stay in a tent for extra people, this will cost you per night / per person extra (see prices).
The kitchen for self-sufficiency The minimum final price amounts to 55 euros for 2 persons and 1 night incl. Final cleaning and every other night for 2 persons at 35 Euro incl. VAT, final cleaning, water, Wi-Fi and electricity up to 20kWh per day. From then 50cent / kwh. 1x bed linen for the entire stay and 1x new towels per week included, each change extra 5 euros. Check in from 4 pm, check out until 11 am. Key safe available.

Each additional cleaning costs 20 euros. The deposit is 50% on booking confirmation, final payment until 2 weeks before arrival via bank transfer or in cash on the day of arrival (see also General Terms and Conditions and Rental Agreement).
Bicycles are not rented due to liability, but can be parked next to the property. Canoes on request by a friendly lender. Rowing boats over the fishing home.
Arrival is possible from 16 clock, departure until 11 clock.
