In summer 2009, the Alpine Chalet was built “Villa sun & snow” Klippitztörl (Austria / Carinthia) under the slogan. The Klippitzturm has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an in-house spa. The architecture of the building includes a tower with a panoramic suite on the third Floor. All floors have spacious terraces with a great location. The house is situated at 1,600 meters above sea level, surrounded by nature and the ski slopes.
Klippitztörl is part of the municipality of Bad St. Leonard in the Lavant Valley, one of the most beautiful valleys of the south of Austria. They live here in nature, off the beaten track. Klippitzturm is a luxury chalet (150 m²), equipped with an infra-red sauna and hot tub, as well as TV, audio and Wi-Fi.
The attractive and historic town of Bad. St. Leonard with spas, cozy restaurants and shopping as well as the district capital Wolfsberg with some cultural attractions can be reached by car in about 15 minutes.
