Patio, terrace, garden furniture. Breakfast and half board possible. 2 km long gruff motor access (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Grocery 7 km, restaurant 100 m, bar 2.9 km, lake Speichersee 1.5 km. Walking paths from the house 20 m, ski lift 700 m, skisport facilities 2.9 km, ski rental 2.9 km, ski school 2.9 km, sled run 100 m. Please note: baby equipment on request. Object suitable for 2 adults + 1 child. In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. In only 3 km away “Moasterhaus”, in the heart of the skiing area Salzstiegl, you will find an 19.5-hectare trial park including Training Center and rental units also floodlit toboggan run, downhill giant scooters, four bungee trampolines, slides, bouldering wall, archery range and in Moasterhaus even the á la carte restaurant “Almstube” with bar, terrace, 2 bowling alleys, table tennis, table football, billiards, darts and much more.
