THE HOUSE
Round the house there is a terrace and a large garden. On 10 minutes walk the beautiful beach lies an der Ybbs. Near the village is the beautiful nature park Eisenwurzen and various ski resorts, including ski Hochkar. Even the beautiful hiking area Gesäuse is not far away. The house has 3 bedrooms (max. 10 persons), is fully furnished and equipped (including Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine). The terrace and the large garden also offer sun, but also plenty of shade. Bakery, shops etc. are within a 5 minute walk.
The house is from the period around 1900 and rebuilt several times. The ground floor has a living room, a new kitchen (2016), a large hall with toilet. The first floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with bath, shower and two toilets. In 2008, two new bathrooms were built. There is also a new stove in the living room. In all seasons can stay in the house up to 10 people.
EQUIPMENT
In the house, all amenities, including an electric stove with oven, microwave and a bread machine. There is also a washer, dryer, TV / DVD player and Wi-Fi. The house is heated with a comfortable central heating and a wood stove in the living room.
THE BEDROOMS:
There are 10 beds in 3 bedrooms. Upstairs is a small bedroom with a double bed, a large bedroom with a double bed and a single bed with pull-out bed and a large bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed. There are duvets and pillows. The bedding you must bring your own. On the first floor there are two bathrooms: one with shower, sink and toilet, 1 with bath / shower, sink and toilet. On the ground floor there is also a separate toilet.
THE LOCATION
The house is located in the pleasant village of Ybbs in Hollenstein an Mostviertel, Lower Austria province. The village lies in the so-called pre-Alps, between several 1800 m high peaks in Ybbstal, about 1 hour from Linz, 2 hours from Vienna.
In the village there are two supermarkets and a petrol station.
The nearest town is the beautiful medieval Waidhofen an der Ybbs, where the bigger supermarkets and other shops are located.
For sports is a lot to do: hiking, swimming, climbing, mountain biking, rafting, skiing, cross-country skiing and cycling.
The village lies at 485 meters, in a beautiful, quiet location at the foot of the 1774 m Gamstein. and the butt wall 1770 m.
