The ski slope runs right behind the house and the ski lift is just 250 metres away. So you can leave your car parked for a relaxing winter holiday. Kleinarl has extensive winter hiking and cross-country ski trails and of course a large network of hiking and mountain biking trails in summer. And the Jägersee is a lovely lake for cooling off on hot days.
