Our “Ferienhaus Naturblick am Rothaarsteig” is located in the holiday village Oberhundem about 1km from Oberhundem. Oberhundem is a state-appointed health resort and is located in the Sauerland-Rothaargebirge Nature Park.
In the midst of the idyll of the Rothaargebirge our well-tended and 2016/2017 completely refurbished, in the EC-air-conditioned, non-smoking holiday house, with own garden expects you.
Enjoy your holiday in your own home in a modern ambience and cozy feel-good atmosphere. From the house you have a wonderful panoramic view over the Hundemtal and the Sauerland mountains. The view will inspire you every time.
The living area of ??about 72 square meters in our house is equipped with laminate / vinyl floors, spread over two levels and convinces with great attention to detail.
Here we would like to introduce our holiday home for up to 4 people.
Our concept offers you the following included services in addition to modern, extensive equipment:
Tourist tax, electricity, water, heating, air conditioning in the EC, bed linen, towels, bath towels, dish towels, Wi-Fi, highchair, travel cot on request.
The prices are for occupancy of 2 persons, for each additional person 5 € / day.
The focal point of the house is the bright living / dining area, which offers space for eating, playing or lingering for the whole family.
The modern fitted kitchen with breakfast bar and 2 chairs is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday.
These include: refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, stove with ceramic hob and oven, toaster, kettle,
Coffee Machine, Senseo Pad Machine …
In the dining area is a modern solid wood table with 4 chairs and a highchair.
The cozy seating area for relaxing includes a sofa, a beanbag, coffee table and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels.
A daylight bathroom with shower, toilet, washing area, cosmetic mirror, quick heater and tall cabinet is located on the ground floor.
There are 2 separate bedrooms, each with 2 solid wood single beds (90x200cm, 7-zone mattresses) on the floor, on request a travel cot with comfort foam travel mattress (please bring your own accessories such. Pillows, blanket, baby bedding, fitted sheets … even with) and 3 built-in wardrobes available.
The sleeping area is easily reached via a well-accessible spiral staircase.
Please note:
Since we do not live on site, in the winter months, if necessary, the clearing of the parking space and the Hauszuwegung transferred to the tenants of the house. Snow shovel and grit is provided by the landlord. We ask for your understanding.
In general, adolescents under the age of 18 are admitted only if accompanied by a parent.
Pets can not be accommodated.
Smoking is not allowed in the house.
There are no food in the house.
