Beautiful and comfortably furnished holiday home located on Seepark Kirchheim in the midst of the beautiful southern Sauerland nature. The house has a garden where you can barbeque or relax and enjoy the beautiful view. The home is equipped with all comforts. The holiday home is located approx. 4.5 km from the village of Kirchheim and is located in a small valley in the forested foothills. In the nearby surroundings there are historic cities, castles and many lovely hiking and cycling paths. There is an 18 hole golf course 3 km away. The home is located on a reservoir where you can swim and enjoy various water sports. Children can play in the large garden, and there is various play equipment and a large play and lounging lawn. You can use the sauna, beach volleyball, outdoor tennis courts, bowling alleys, fitness room, mini golf course and the sports hall for a fee.
Expenses related to charging an electric or hybrid car (when possible) are always charged according to use and separately
