Rehau is easily accessible by the good connection to the motorway.
The house with a living space of about 90 m2 is located in a quiet residential settlement in Rehau. The accommodation is suitable for 4 persons. There is the possibility to provide a travel cot for a toddler.
On the ground floor is a closet, guest toilet; Cloakroom, fully equipped kitchen with corner bench, large living room with tiled stove and an integrated dining room
In the 1st. Floor is a large bedroom with double bed, 2 more rooms each with a single bed as well as the bathroom with shower.
The second. Floor is only for the owners (storerooms) and no rented room.
In the basement there is the possibility to wash laundry.
The terrace with seating and views of the well-kept garden, offers the possibility for relaxing and relaxing days or evenings.
The Rehau’s modern outdoor pool is a 10-minute walk away. There is also the opportunity to visit the Minigolfplatz.
In town there are several possibilities for shopping for the daily needs.

The house is, of course, available to the guests on their own.
My parents are the landlords. These are available on arrival and departure.
No one deliberately damages things, but it can happen that something breaks. We would be pleased if you inform us of the damage done and we will not notice the damage until after your departure or when the next tenants have moved in.
