The spacious layout of this chalet is ideal for large family or a group of friends, up to 18 people. For 2 children until 3 years there are 2 extra infant beds. For small children and babies, special chairs and toys are available. The interior is new and comfortable and include a satellite TV, DVD player, Internet (via WiFi), Fireplace, Washing machine and Dryer. And due to the central floor heating it is in every room very comfortable. A better location is hardly to imagine!
The view from the living room is on the church of Kirchberg, with in the background the Gaisberg. At the front side, at the living room, is a large terrace, where it is enjoyable by sunny weather. From the side of the terrace runs the stairs to the promenade. At the rear a large part is a balcony.
It is located 50 meters from the road, directly on the promenade and stream. In the garage and on-site is place for a maximum 5 cars. Ski locker is in the garage.
Ground floor: On the ground floor are a spacious hall, living room, dining room, passage between the living and dining room, large kitchen with cooking island, 2-person bedroom (double bed), bathroom and toilet.
In the Living room you can find the fire place, TV (satellite) and DVD-player. The kitchen has 2 washing machines, 2 refrigerators and 2 ovens (of which 1 combi-oven with microwave). The dining room and living room are connected through a small passage, equipped with extra cabinets, a work area (Internet) and an extra refrigerator for drinks. The bathroom has a sink, toilet, shower and a washing machine and dryer. The spacious hallway connects all the rooms and floors.
First floor: On the whole new first floor there are bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The layout of the bedrooms is 2x double bed and 1x two single beds.
All Bedrooms have direct conncetion to the bathrooms, while two bedrooms using one bathroom. This bathroom has a double sink, toilet and shower. The other bathroom has a sink, toilet and shower. All (bath-)rooms have floor heating.
Basement: Here is located a 2-person bedroom (double bed) with satellite TV and a 4-person bedroom (all single beds). These bedrooms are sharing a bathroom. This bathroom has a sink, toilet, bath / shower and also a separate shower.
There is also an apartment. This apartment has a living room, open kitchen (dishwasher and microwave), 2x 2-person bedrooms (1 x double bed and 2x single beds) and a bathroom with sink, toilet, bath / shower, washing machine and dryer
