This luxurious designer studio is located in the center of Kirchberg in the middle of the Austrian Alps. Restaurants and shops are nearby. Ideal for 2 persons. The studio has been tastefully decorated – a mix of modern and alpine style.
The studio has all the amenities of a 5 * hotel. There is a fully equipped kitchen and all the other things you need to feel at home.
This Alpen Design Studio is located on the ground floor of an architecturally sophisticated building built in 2015. An exquisite interior awaits you. A mixture of stone floors and oak materials. There is also underfloor heating.
The studio is equipped with all the essential extras such as a Nespresso coffee machine, a multifunctional bathroom, a flat screen TV and high speed internet. Enjoy your nights in the comfortable bed with spring mattress. You can cook small meals in the fully equipped kitchen and enjoy them at the dining table. Parking is available on request. The property is easily accessible from the main road. The studio is located on the ground floor and has a level access.
Our prices do not include tourist tax – which is € 2.50 per person per night. This will be collected on arrival by us and forwarded to you for the tourism association. You will receive a guest card that includes many attractive discounts for you.
We have a washing machine and a dryer in the garage, which you can use once a week for free. Alternatively, you can rent for a fee of € 5, – per use. The garage has a ski boot dryer and plenty of storage space for your winter gear. You are also welcome to rent bicycles from us.
Public transport can be reached on foot in 3-10min. The ski bus is 2min walk and the train station 8min away. The train ride to Kitzbühel takes about 5 minutes. Of course you can also take a taxi.
