The town of Kirchberg is one of the most famous ski resorts in the Tyrol region. It is in a beautiful position in the heart of the Kitzbüheler Alps and at the foot of the Hahnenkamm Mountain. Kirchberg is an ideal ski-area as it connects with the Kitzbühel and Westendorf ski-areas and the region’s other popular ski-areas. The town is well known for its lively village centre and many après-ski bars. This villa is at an invigorating height of 1,100 meters and is 2.5 kilometres from Kirchberg. The large, detached country house is on the Sonn Mountain and in a beautiful area. It enjoys breathtaking views. You will enjoy sole occupancy so privacy is guaranteed. You can enjoy 400 m2 of living space divided over three floors. There are seven bedrooms and six bathrooms. The cosy living room on the ground floor has its own café and beer tap. In fact, you wont need to go to Kirchberg for the après-ski. There is a traditional Austrian living room on the first floor with an attractive stove and a luxurious live-in kitchen with the latest built-in equipment. The house is surrounded by a spacious garden which has a number of seating areas. The private swimming pool can be rented optionally in summer and is payable per week. The pool is a unique asset and enjoys beautiful views of Kirchberg and the Kitzbüheler Alps. All in all, this is a super de lux villa with plenty of privacy. Please note: the pool can only be rented for an entire week at Euro 245 (day rental not possible). As the house is at an altitude of 1,100 meters it is compulsory to carry winter tyres and non-skid chains. There is a separate private residence on the first floor. Only a few times per year this apartment will be occupied.
