Enjoy an authentic winter holiday in "Last Christmas" style with your friends and family! This chalet for 10 people has an idyllic location on the sunny mountain side of Kirchberg, overlooks the world famous Hahnenkamm skiing area and offers a 180 degree alpine panarama. The house is ideal for relaxing and being comfortable: the outdoor jacuzzi and the bar with its own beer tap in the typical Austrian "Stube" offer space for 10 people to eat, play, watch tv and enjoy the the evenings together. The chalet has 4 bedrooms on the first floor, each with its own bathroom which offers couples comfort and privacy. There are two more bedrooms on the ground floor that share a bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything you need to cook for 10 people. The terrace and the balcony around the sunny, south-facing side of chalet offer a beautiful view over the white winter wonderland around the chalet, the mountains and the ski slopes of Kitzbühel and Kirchberg. The jacuzzi is located on the terrace and is perfect for relaxing after a day in the snow, but is also very nice in the summer and you can enjoy a drink while sitting in it. The centre of Kirchberg, popular for its lively aprés-ski, can be reached within 3 minutes by car while the well-known chic centre of Kitzbühel is also only 5 minutes away. The Fleckalmbahn ski lift is just 800 metres from the chalet – the entrance to the "KitzSki" ski region with 180 km pistes, approx. 55 ski lifts and 60 huts. This chalet is also a very good choice for a summer holiday in the mountains. It overlooks the famous Kitzbühel golf course. Numerous hiking and walking trails and mountain bike routes start right at the chalet and the beach at the beautiful Schwarzsee is just 3 minutes away. For your information: The house consists of two units. Under the chalet Sonneck there is a small apartment with separate entrance that is occupied. The privacy of our guests is guaranteed.
