Our homes are divided into three apartments, each approx 110 m2. These can be rented individually or can accommodate up to 18 people (6 bedrooms).
This former farm property has been completely renovated in 1989 and is equipped with stylish and cozy furnishings. The former “Rauchkuchl”, the historic kitchen, could be preserved and apart from the electric stove you can find an old wood-powered cooking stove. There is also a sauna with shower in the apartment. The living room has tiled stove and a flat screen TV. There are two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, an extra toilet and a terrace belonging to this apartment.
In Apartment 2, on the first floor, you will find a large lounge with fireplace and dining area for about 12 people, a cozy sofa and a chimney going through the living room – it leads from the Rauchkuchl on the ground floor to the roof. The apartment includes two bedrooms, a bathroom with bathtub, a kitchen and a terrace with a lawn and climbing frame for children.
The so-called flat 3, the former hay barn, is actually a house for itself. Downstairs there is the living room with a knight armor, a large dining table, comfortable sofa and a fireplace. In addition, a kitchen and an extra toilet. On the first floor are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. Belonging to this apartment there is a terrace with stunning panoramic views of the Altmuehl valley.
