Our apartment is well equipped, comprises 52 sq.m, and is very comfortable and cosy.
Essentially, our holiday apartment is intended for self-catering, but it is possible to book a generous breakfast in the house next door!
And of course we would be happy to order daily fresh baked goods from the baker for you.
Another thing you should know…
You do not need to bring bottles of potable water to our house. The water that comes out of our tab has been analyzed and is proven to be of the finest quality – naturally, since it comes directly out of the surrounding mountains!
If you enjoy the sauna, steam baths or the effects of a Physiotherm Infrared Room, you have access to all that next door for a small additional fee!
And: There are lakes for swimming- free of charge for our guests!
Holidays in the Tyrol Region + Summercard Gold – great offer: Enjoy the wonderful holiday time in Feichten in the Kauner Valley in the midst of the Kaunergrat nature reserve. You can go on fantastic hiking tours under the guidance of biologists. Take for example the Gletscherlehrpfad (glacier educational trail) that takes you to the glacier tongue of the Gepatschferner glacier.
Countless hiking trails, some at very high altitudes, lead you to beautiful spots within the mountainous territory. Sunrise and sunset tours with certified mountaineers and tour guides offer unforgettable experiences.
On our alpine meadows, you can enjoy the amazing typical cuisine such as Brettljause (hearty cured meats and cheeses served on the traditional cutting board with a loaf of bread), Knödel (potato or bread dumplings), the traditional Kaiserschmarrn pancake dish, as well as fresh alpine cheeses and milk. Make sure you try a unique alpine breakfast!
The Summercard Gold is the entry ticket to the limitless holiday fun activities in the Tyrol high country. All cable cars and chairlifts in Nauders, Serfaus, Fiss-Ladis, Fendelsin of the Venet region and also to the Kauner Valley glacier up to an altitude 3108 m above sea level included, costs: € 43 per person!
Summercard & BIBI-Card are included and with these cards our guests can enter the Kauner Valley public pool, 3 minutes away on foot – as well as public beach at the lake in Ried, about 12 km away.
In addition, you can partake for free in sport and wellness activities such as Nordic Walking, bowling, guided easy- & surprise-mountain bike tours (bike provided), hikes and tours through the nature reserve and visit the local museum and the Greiter Säge und Mühle (sawing mill).
The Summercard also gets you a sizeable discount for activities such as rafting, canyoning, tandem-paragliding, the museum in Fließ, the Wanderbus (hiking bus), beginners-level rock climbing, rope course, cable car Fendels and the castle card.
For children there is the so-called BIBI-Card, offering a wide variety of interesting children´s activities.
Three corners area Austria-Italy – Switzerland: for motorcyclists, this region is paradise. You can conquer the surrounding pass roads in Austria, Switzerland and southern Tyrol/Italy.
Or you go on a relaxed excursion to Meran, to take in the southern flair or go on a shopping trip to the duty free area of Samnaun/CH to stock up on Swiss chocolate, cosmetics, spirits and tobacco products. Anything you wish for!
