(SEE ENGLISH BELOW) Our house is spread over three floors. In high attic with exposed beams, you will find a cozy bedroom with a private bathroom, and the real highlight of the house – a more than 50 square meters large living room with fireplace, comfortable chairs, sofa, a large table with 8 chairs, a daybed for relaxation and well being (or as comfortable sleeping for 2 more people), a TV and two balconies. On the first floor are two more bedrooms with 2 bathrooms (one with tub), a spacious hall and a large, well-equipped kitchen with a cozy corner seat. From the kitchen you enter the large sun terrace.
The whole house is distinguished by his generosity and hospitality. A ski storage room with ski boot dryer is available in the basement.
Parking is available in front of the house, in consultation You can also use our garage.
Free WLAN / WIFI
Wood for the fireplace is free available in the garage.
Dog negotiable. We charge for a dog a total of 25 € for the increased cleaning effort.
Bed linen and towels are of course included.

Free ski bus to the glacier area near the house. Skiing is possible there until late May.
The 25 km long cross-country trail starts Kaunertal unmittebar front of our house. For natural toboggan run is only a few meters. Likewise, many trails start just behind our house, leading you to the highest peaks. The Kaunertal is an Eldorado for hikers who value loneliness and an almost untouched mountain world.
In beautiful, peaceful Feichten there is a well-stocked grocery store, two sports with ski rental shops, restaurants and bars and a cash machine. Everything is within easy walking distance.

IN THE BIG LIVINGROOM WITH THE WOODEN ROOF YOU FIND A FIREPLACE, COMFORTABLE SOFA AND ARMCHAIRS, A BIG TABLE WITH 8 CHAIRS, A TV AND A BIG DAYBED, WITH CAN BE USE AS A ADDITIONAL BED FOR TWO PERSONS. WE HAVE THREE BEDROOMS, EACH WITH A DOUBLEBED, THREE BATHROOMS, A BIG, WELL EQUIPED KITCHEN WITH TYPICAL TYROLEAN SITTING CORNER, A BIG TERRACE AND SERVERALS BALCONIES AND A LITTLE GARDEN. WE DO HAVE A GARAGE AND A HEATED ROOM FOR YOUR SPORTS EQUIPMENT. LINEN AND TOWELS ARE PROVIDED BY US.
IN THE FIRST FLOOR WE HAVE TWO FURTHER SMALL APARTMENTS. NEARBY OUR HOUSE YOU WANT TO FIND THE SOURCE, A SPA WITH POOL, GYM, SAUNA AND SO ON. POOL AND GYM ARE FREE FOR OUR GUESTS! THE SAUNA ENTRANCE IS REDUCED FOR OUR GUESTS (€ 12 INSREAD OF € 16 PER PERSON) Please Notice: The Sourcealpine is closed in JUNE.
OUR VILLAGE IS FOCUSED IN THE KAUNERTAL IN THE TYROLEAN ALPS. A PLACE WITH STILL A SECRET. SILENT. RELAXED. SURROUNDED BY GREAT NATURE AND MAJESTIC MOUNTAINS. A PARADISE FOR HIKING OR CLIMBING! OUR GLACIER AT THE END OF THE VALLEY IS PERFECT FOR SKIING AND SNOWBOARDING FROM OCTOBER TILL MAY. THE SKIAREA IS NEVER OVERGROWDED. PERFECT FOR FAMILIES TOO. A FREE SKIBUS OR YOUR OWN CAR BRINGS YOU IN 25 MIN FROM THE VILLAGE TO THE WONDERFUL SLOPES.
IN THE VILLAGE WE HAVE SEVERAL RESTAURANTS AND BARS, TWO SPORTSHOPS WHERE YOU CAN RENT EQUIPMENT, A SUPERMARKET, A SPA WITH POOL, GYM AND SAUNA.
