Property Description
The apartment is on the first floor of our house. It has a large living room / bedroom with a large comfortable double bed, chair, etc. and a small kitchen with table, bench and chairs and modern, well-equipped kitchen with hot plates, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and much more. The modern bathroom has a shower, toilet and a window.
Although the apartment has no balcony, but you can sit on the broad platform of a porch right outside your front door on a bench and in the morning enjoy the sun.
Free WLAN / WIFI. Linens and towels are included in the price.
Parking is available in front of the house, in consultation you may like to use our garage.
Ski room with ski boot dryer.
Dog by arrangement. We charge for a dog once 15 € for the increased cleaning effort.

Sauna and steam bath cost our guests 12 € instead of 16 € per person. From our house less than 200 meters away. (Please note: The source alpine is closed in June for revision work)
Free ski bus to the glacier area near the house. Skiing is possible there until late May.
The 25 km long cross-country trail starts Kaunertal unmittebar front of our house. For natural toboggan run is only a few meters. Likewise, many trails start just behind our house, leading you to the highest peaks. The Kaunertal is an Eldorado for hikers who value loneliness and an almost untouched mountain world.
In beautiful, peaceful Feichten there is a well-stocked grocery store, two sports with ski rental shops, restaurants and bars and a cash machine. Everything is within easy walking distance.
