Property Description
Our house in the Allgäu is located near the Wertach. It invites you to a holiday in the countryside with a south-west terrace and garden surrounded by meadows. From here you can easily go for hikes and bike tours in the surroundings. Shopping possibilities are within walking distance. The varied offers of the spa town of Bad Wörishofen, B. Therme, Kurpark and golf course are easy to reach by car, by bike or by public transport.
The living room
For our guests we have completely furnished the ground floor of our house (total area inside about 120 sqm). Up to 6 people can be accommodated in our well-equipped kitchen (16 square meters in total with pantry, equipped with stove, large refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, water cooker, coffee machine, toaster). From our sunny living and dining room (parquet floor, 35 sqm) you have a clear view of the surrounding fields and meadows. Here the children also have enough room to play. We are happy to share a list of our company games, books and DVDs. The couch can be undressed and can comfortably sleep up to two guests. The bedrooms are 20 square meters or 16 square meters. For the beds in our bedrooms (180×200 cm or 2x90x200 cm) we have bed linen ready. Finally, our guests have the south-west terrace (40 sqm, additional covered terrace 11 sqm) with garden table and grill and a garage (36 sqm) with additional parking space available. The upper floor of our house is currently not furnished, is not inhabited and is not rented. The laundry room in the basement with washing machine and drying facilities can be used gladly.
