Recently renovated, this fabulous house offers spacious rooms with country-style charm and all the comforts of home. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a washing machine and the dining room seats 19, so meals can be enjoyed together. You can even have your fresh morning bread delivered and for an extra charge the owner will even make you breakfast!
The house is centrally heated with parquet floors and you can relax on the comfy settee and listen to the radio, watch DVDs or satellite TV, play games or use the free cable internet. There are five bedrooms: One with a double and a bunk bed plus an ensuite bathroom, the next with a double, a single, a bunk and a sofa bed and an ensuite bathroom, bedroom three has a double bed and a bunk, the fourth has a double bed, and the last bedroom offers one double bed and a bunk.
Three cots are available at no extra charge, and children under the age of 3 can sleep in extra beds that can be provided for no extra charge (but there is a fee per bed for extra guests over the age of 3). There’s also another bathroom and all bathrooms have a shower and hairdryer.
You’ll be in the perfect spot to explore Tyrol but if you prefer to stay at home, you will not get bored, with a plethora of games on offer!
Cleaning, linen and towels are free while added fees include a small tourist tax.
There is free onsite parking and a large public car park nearby. Smoking and parties are permitted.
