This spacious, very well furnished holiday residences are located on the first floor of this farmhouse at an elevation of 1490 metres in Langesthei, 6 km from Kappl and from See. Outstanding and modern furnishings. Even though this is a farm, in the summer, the animals are up on the mountain. The owner will gladly take you up to the meadow to see the animals. There is a south facing balcony of approx. 10 m and there is a communal garden and terrace facing south with seating. You may use the washing machine in the utility room and use the garage upon request. The landlord will ask for a small fee for use of the washing machine. Details: The second bedroom, with a double bed, is located just opposite the residence entrance on the hallway. With the Silvretta-Card All inclusive in summer you can use all cable cars and chair lifts in Ischgl, Kappl, See and Samnaun – without limitation, any day as often as you want. Free admission to the indoor and outdoor pools in Ischgl & Galtür and in the game, fun & Waterpark in See. The popular Silvretta High Alpine Road you can pass with the private car, motorcycle or bus for free on a panoramic tour.
Expenses related to charging an electric or hybrid car (when possible) are always charged according to use and separately The house owner lives in the same house where the apartment is situated
