This child-friendly house is situated approximately 3.5 km above the village Tobadill at the entrance of the Paznaun Valley in a very quiet and sunny location. The new, large apartment is furnished in a contemporary style and located amidst a unique mountain scenery at about 1300 m above sea level. The terrace offers a view of the surrounding mountains and here, hiking starts right on your doorstep. The apartment features a large eat-in kitchen, a large, modern living room, two bedrooms and a nice bathroom with shower and whirlpool-tub. The child-friendly garden is equipped with a number of playing options, such as a trampoline, a slide and a sandbox. The owners operate a farm and offer farm products like fresh milk, butter, home-made yogurt and jam, and breakfast can be provided as well. From Tobadill, you can reach some of the most famous winter-sports resorts of the Silvretta Alps (See, Kappl, Ischgl, Galtur), Fiss, Serfaus, Ladis, the entire Arlberg region and the family-friendly ski area of Venet within a short space of time. In Tobadill, there are a lift with a length of 600 m and 3 ski slopes at your disposal.
Expenses related to charging an electric or hybrid car (when possible) are always charged according to use and separately The house owner lives in the same house where the apartment is situated
