Situated on a narrow promontory between the Baltic Sea fjord Schlei and the sailing and marina of the OstseeResort Olpenitz convinced this ground-floor holiday home with a wonderful water view and full sun on the south-facing terrace. The green area around the house invites you to sunbathe, play and linger.
Wellness lovers get their money’s worth – infrared cabin with hi-fi sound system and LED color light therapy and a relaxing whirlpool invite you to relax after the beach walk. There is also a shower.
Fantastic views open up from the living area through floor-to-ceiling window fronts over the adjoining terrace with views over the marina. Harbor cinema provides entertainment during a convivial barbeque or a romantic candlelight dinner.
On holiday is time for creative cooking – the fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. Breakfast right on the water – pure holiday feeling.
Indoor entertainment is also provided by fiber optic WiFi.
The two bedrooms have access to the second terrace and have two additional TVs.
Underfloor heating, whirlpool and sauna promise comfort in every season. The electric stove provides additional comfort.
The whole object has fly screens on windows and doors.
In front of the house there is a private parking lot and a own bicycle shed available.
The holiday property is an apartment on the ground floor.
Our favorite spot: sunbathing with a pleasant Baltic Sea breeze on the south-facing terrace – sailing ships and seagulls passing by in the blue sky.
