The view from almost 30 square meter balcony is unique. Links the Baltic Sea, the Schlei and right in front of a beautiful sailing and marina Port Olpenitz. In nice weather you can enjoy here due to the south-west position from morning to evening the sun. It took less than 10 seconds until we had fallen in love with this apartment with stunning views. It is about 107 square meters in size, due to the floor to ceiling and large windows with bright and welcoming and is located on the first floor a spacious dream villa right on the water. The massive, built of quality materials house has an elevator and was completed by April 2015. It is very protected on a lagoon peninsula, only a stone’s throw away from the Schlei estuary. All around just creates one of the most remarkable holiday resorts on the German Baltic coast. The private sandy beach is just 200 meters from your house. Another, several kilometers long sandy beach with beach restaurant and a nudist area is located on the other side of the harbor and is a few minutes drive away (distance to the apartment 4 km).
Your apartment has been furnished by us lovingly with new furniture in country style. The warm colors, the high-quality tiles in imitation wood and underfloor heating (in all rooms) create a comfortable atmosphere. The cozy apartment offers four people plenty of space. It has two bedrooms, each of which offers a 1.80 m wide double bed and a wardrobe. Center of the apartment is nearly 40 sqm living / dining area with kitchen and spectacular water views. At ungemütlicheren days you can make it cozy in front of the fireplace and the television or in the sauna here. Wireless Internet access is of course free of charge. The Finnish log sauna with glass front has been integrated into a modern and spacious bathroom with walk-in shower.
The kitchen in the living / dining area is fully equipped with all comforts (dishwasher, microwave). Next door is a small utility room with washer and dryer.

During the off-season short breaks from three nights and daily arrival and departure is possible. During the peak season in the months between June to mid-September, the apartment is rented weekly, Saturday and Sunday are arrival and departure days. Deviating wishes – renewals or earlier arrival days – can be requested subject to availability at short notice (but no earlier than 14 days before arrival).
The new holiday home area is currently being built on the former Navy land in Port Olpenitz, situated approximately 6 km from the picturesque town of Kappeln. This place is best known for the popular television series “The Country Doctor”. Here you will find a complete infrastructure with supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants. The Baltic Sea resort Olpenitz is not yet fully developed. But things are moving forward: In the spring of 2018, a large EDEKA supermarket and café will open. Also a bistro in the marina. The roads on the peninsula incl. Street lighting have already been completed. In the wider environment of the house but it can still come to construction activities. Until the exceptional maritime holiday resort fully completed, will certainly take some time. Nevertheless, you will already now a great holiday experience: a comfortable apartment in a fascinating location and fair introductory prices.
Note:
Electricity, bed linen, final cleaning and use of the Internet are included in the rent. On arrival there is a small welcome pack with a bottle of wine, water and something sweet for the little ones.
