Welcome to our cozy and lovingly furnished 70m² large holiday home, which is equipped for 5 persons. The property is completely fenced, approximately 1.10m tall and has a size of approximately 350m². The house is located in Kappeln, in a small cottage area, 200 m from the Schlei and the Baltic Sea beach 7km.
From the hallway on the ground floor you enter left the bathroom, which is equipped with shower / toilet and washing machine. Located right there is a bedroom with a single bed. Furthermore, the ground floor you will find the living / dining-room, equipped with TV, DVD / CD player, Wifi, various games, a cozy Ledereckcouch and Eßzimmermöbeln. The fireplace gives a cozy warmth on cold days.
From the dining area you enter the south-facing terrace. There are patio furniture, awning and barbecue. For the integrated fitted kitchen includes oven, microwave, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and all kitchen utensils.
A staircase from the living area takes you to the upper floor. There are two bedrooms with double beds. One bedroom has a covered loggia and is located to the south. On request, we keep baby cot and high chair ready for you. The house is equipped with electric heating and a fireplace.
A parking lot is located directly on the plot.
