The holiday home “Meeresbrise” takes its name … … in a direct water position – with an unobstructed view over the Baltic Sea fjord Schlei to the one side and the marina of the OstseeResort to the other side – this solid holiday home truly lies “between the seas”. Two large terraces invite you to sunbathe, romantic sunsets and the enjoyment of the sea breeze.
The light-flooded living and dining area of ??the holiday house is located on the ground floor and is the center of the holiday home. Floor-to-ceiling windows allow an unobstructed view of the Schleit rubble and sailing ships passing by, while the reeds of the nature conservation area on the Schlei shore gently sway in the wind.
From here you can reach the west-facing sun terrace with a sunset guarantee. Romantic dinner or social barbecue – the terrace is generously designed and the water is so close to the place that you can relax. Should a Nordic “Schietwetter” take up, a stove for wellbehagen and the Telekom Home Entertainment program provides for entertainment. Underfloor heating ensures comfortable comfort.
From the kitchen adjacent to the living area the harbor cinema can be observed. The extensive facilities leave nothing to be desired.
On the first floor are two bedrooms with a view of the water, one facing the Schlei and one towards the harbor side. While the master bedroom is equipped with a double bed for the downside, the two single beds in the second bedroom can be easily pushed together.
The fully-equipped bathroom provides a perfect moment for your wellbeing, as the whirlpool bath also offers an unobstructed view of the Schlei.

The highlight of the holiday house “Meeresbrise” is on the second floor. There is a Finnish sauna for 2-4 persons, a large shower, a gallery with sleeping possibilities for 2 more adults on a comfortable sleeping couch and the impressive directly adjacent roof terrace.
This south-facing roof terrace offers a phenomenal all-round view over Schlei, its mouth into the Baltic Sea, the lighthouse of the mouth and the marina of the Baltic Sea resort. The gallery offers a shelter protected by wind and weather – standing above the objects and with a unique all-round view of the water.

On the ground floor the house has a guest toilet with washing machine.
In front of the house there are two parking spaces for the guests as well as a bicycle shed.
The holiday home sea breeze is a semi-detached house.
The Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz and the sailing and sports booth harbor are in the origin. Therefore, it should be noted that there may be construction activities on the site.
There are different minimum stays at different seasons, which may differ for technical reasons from the specified number of nights. Please ask for a non-binding offer.
