The apartment was completed in 2015 and is located on the first floor and DG of a holiday home, which was built directly on a quay.
Surrounded on all sides by water, with a wide view of the Schleimündung and the lighthouse on one side, and on the harbor and the Baltic Sea to other side, this apartment leaves nothing to be desired.
In the 1. OG are the spacious light-flooded living room overlooking the Schlei. The living room has a fireplace and a comfortable large sofa bed.
The fully equipped kitchen, with integrated spacious dining area, also pleases amateur cooks. The cozy get-together is also in the cooking nothing in the way. The large dining table with 6 comfortable chairs invites you to eat together and social games evenings.
From there you can access the 25 sqm sun terrace with south exposure.
The terrace is equipped with high quality teak furniture for 6 persons, parasol and barbecue. The view over the harbor and the Baltic Sea invites you to relax and enjoy.
In addition, the upper floor has a spacious entrance hall with cloakroom and a fully equipped bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC.
In the attic there are two bedrooms, a bathroom with sauna and whirlpool.
The large bathroom invites you to relax and unwind even in bad weather. A whirlpool and a sauna overlooking the harbor will make you forget the time.
From both bedrooms the water view is guaranteed. All beds are equipped with high quality mattresses, so you like to stay longer and enjoy the view over a cup of coffee.
The private white sandy beach is only 300 meters away and offers with its sheltered, gently sloping shore the ideal bathing fun for all ages.
Parking is available in front of the house. Bicycles can be stored at the house.
A welcome arrangement awaits the guests upon arrival.
The apartment “Hafenblick”, which is located in the same house on the ground floor, can be rented if necessary.
