The house has 2 floors, with the large living / dining area with integrated kitchen upstairs. The large picture windows allow a wonderful view of the harbor cinema and a large sliding door leads to the large terrace. The upper floor has a cozy leather sofa, the dining table for 4 people and the well-equipped kitchen invites you to while away the hours with friends and family.
From the terrace upstairs, it goes up to 30 square meter roof terrace with comfortable seating. Here the sun can be enjoyed to the fullest and a romantic sunset are experienced on the Schlei.
On the ground floor there are two bedrooms. The large master bedroom has floor to ceiling panoramic windows and is equipped with a large sliding door. From here is the direct access to the lower, to the entire house extending terrace possible.
