The Apartment (ground floor) is located on the banks of the idyllic, wide Schleimündung, just a few hundred meters from the Baltic Sea. Thus, your Terrace offers a breathtaking view of the Schlei, separated by the green reeds. There is a second terrace on the other side of the house, so you can always find a sunny spot. Here you can relax perfectly – watch the passing sailboats, soak up the sun or make it yourself comfortable in the living room. Please note that the resort area is still under construction. The development of the site is not yet complete and there may be construction activities even in the vicinity of the house.
