Arrive and enjoy at the Schlei and the Baltic Sea – relax on three levels in the Ferienhaus Genusszeit. The living and dining area of ??the holiday house is flooded with light. Through the bodied depth of the window, the view of the idyllic Schleiufer, which is shallow in the Baltic Sea breeze – oysters, ducks, geese – pure nature. The large terrace is directly adjacent to the hotel. For a joint holiday meal or a social barbecue meal, you can enjoy the idyllic landscape of the Schlei – fantastic sunsets guaranteed.
For added comfort, a guest toilet is provided on this level.
The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. Gourmets will feel comfortable here, because everything is possible …
Even in the dark season or Nordic slate weather, this holiday home allows for complete comfort, since underfloor heating, a stove and a large Finnish sauna ensure cozy comfort and the Telekom Home Entertainment program as well as an internet radio for entertainment.
The sleeping area is located on the first floor. In two bedrooms, you can fall asleep and wake up with a view of the water. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed. The second bedroom has a view of the marina and has two flexibly collapsible single beds and an additional flat screen TV.
Also on this level is the large bathroom with harbor view. The large floor-to-ceiling shower with high-quality Rainforest fittings ensures a full holiday comfort.
Highlight of the holiday house Pleasure time is the studio on the second floor. Truly above the things this additional living area with a breathtaking view over the Schlei and its mouth into the Baltic Sea scores. The large Finnish sauna with adjoining shower lets the connoisseur heart beat faster. Directly adjoining the SPA and living area, the large roof terrace with lounge furniture and a view of the water all invite you to relax deeply.
A sleeper chair offers an additional sleeping space (76 cm x 1,91 cm) on this level.

There are two parking spaces in front of the house. And if you are traveling with bicycles, you can comfortably accommodate them in their own bicycle shed.
